Said to be a myth, The Floating Library is a world wonder. It is said that the rooms are full of secrets and knowledge that surpasses the top minds at Uisdean. Intellects have wasted their lives trying to find it; and the ones who had found it wasted their lives in their attempts to read all the books within its walls. On the outside, it looks more like a palace than a library. It boasts high towers, belfries, and stone gargoyles guarding the entrances and tops of the towers. The walls and rooms are said to be filled with books of all kinds. Who knows what mysteries you’ll uncover while you’re here? But take heed: the Library is said to be cursed by its founder. Should you take something that does not belong to you, bad fortune will follow you until you return what rightfully belongs to the Library. |

The Philosopher’s Club is not much of a club at all, but a colony of alchemists living together in one dirigible, set on travelling the world. They spend their days reading the old texts and trying to break down stones back to their natural elemental properties. While they do welcome company, they are incredibly suspicious of people trying to steal their inventions and theories to bring back to their rivals at Uisdean. |
