Lawless is home to the largest center of shopping in all of Khthonia. Streets upon streets are filled with stalls and merchants selling anything from genetically enhanced fruits and vegetables, to fake silks, to weaponry. It is said that you can find anything you desire at The Bazaar, so long as you can pay the price. Take care not to become the victim of the child thieves that run the streets.

The Outpost is a dingy little hole-in-the-wall bar where bounty hunters and other questionable characters come to relax and get a bite to eat between missions. On the wall in the back of the establishment is a bulletin board with wanted posters and missions. It also has advertisements for hunting partners, information brokers, and mercenary jobs.

Lawless is a sanctioned, western-style town that serves as neutral ground for the people of The Down Below. It is the only place in all of the Below where the gangs meet on equal terms and do not try to take over. The town is also the only territory not claimed by a gang. Instead, it’s made up of people who have settled there and call it home with no decisive leader. There is little to no anarchy, as any sign of trouble is ended with the bullets of the residents.
