►HIDDEN CITY OF DREGS

Below Hogwash, away from the eyes of the Scarlet Guns, is a town made out of the waste and byproducts of the city. The people of Dregs live in the sewer systems of Hogwash, their electricity and most of the things they have taken from the people of above. Dregs was originally founded by a group of mercenaries evading capture from H.A.W.K.s and bounty hunters. Now, many generations later, the town is a center for mercenaries and those with bounties on their heads to rest their feet. However, Dregs isn’t exactly relaxing: with all the mercenaries and criminals teaming together, tensions and bad tempers are abundant.
