After hearing a strange rumor, Klien uses a business trip to Scarlet Guns territory to half-heartedly seek out Finn. She finds him on a chance at a bar, but her inquiry into the rumor make her wonder if Finn isn't hiding something from her...

Klien hunt for unpaid taxes leads her to a home and a door she cannot get open. Luckily for her, the occupant's sister arrives and the two strike a deal to pilfer Millie's younger brother without revealing who they are. Klien takes what she claims is "hers" and Millie stocks up on explosives.

It seems Finn and Rho have been up to no good. Each lured one to the bar --Rho called out her father, Finn requested Klien-- to set their guests up on a blind date? The unsuspecting victims, Klien and Veradux, find themselves at an obscure bar, but things don't exactly go as sweetly as the kids plan. Klien's enraged arrival in the midst of a downpour gives Veradux a whole new set of worries as she demands Finn's head on a stick only to slug a drunk patron for unwanted advances. It should turn out to be an interesting night...

She cannot help, however, thinking her company is both remarkably awkward and dabbles with thoughts that he might be homosexual. Little does she know, Rune is a woman in disguise...

Its a futuristic Alice in Wonderland with Klien cast as the lost and confused human in a world where a Cheshire Cat is comes to her rescue from a Mad Hatter who fears world domination by vegetables. Even the White Rabbit lurks nearby, timing his entrance to be most profitable. Klien, however, just wants to collect the Collars' dues, but the a simple collection is going to go haywire and Klien is going crazy.
