GENERAL INFORMATION NAME: marion charlotte sue. NICKNAMES: with a name like that, it's obvious that one of the most common nicknames for marion is mary sue, which she hates with the passion of a thousand burning suns. some of her less known/used nicknames are simply variations of either her first or last name - mari, marie, rion, suzie, etc. RACE: marion is 100% human, no more and no less. AGE: sure she is already eighteen, but it's common knowledge to all those who know her that marion often behaves more like a child rather than an adult. GENDER: marion is a female through and through despite the fact that she often jokes about being a transsexual or a transvestite. SEXUALITY: marion just so happens to be bisexual. RESIDENCE: marion lives on the pirate ship, although holmger is the place she came from. OCCUPATION: marion is known as a sky pirate - a monkey woman to be more specific. PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION REFLECTION: at first glance, anyone who is observant enough would notice the faded scars all over marion's limbs. she isn't very clumsy though she does get injuries more easily than most other people, thanks to her job as a sky pirate. her skin, which used to be soft and tender to the touch had toughened throughout the years, although the colour of it remains an ordinary tone because she doesn't seem to tan easily. standing at 5'4" with short dirty blonde hair and round tiffany blue eyes, marion weighs about 118 lbs, being on the lighter end of the scale - which takes her a whole lot of self-restraint and moving around to maintain. she has three piercings on her right ear and four on her left. she also has a serpent tattoo that encircles her belly piercing. marion puts a lot of effort into differentiating her current appearance from her old one since being recognized by anyone that associates with her family is the last thing she wants. but otherwise marion doesn't really care much. she thinks highly of her own appearance though she doesn't try hard to make herself less dirty or more beautiful unless it's needed or expected of her. this is because she's usually more focused on other matters, for example messing with other people and taking care of all the things she has to do to be of use to the rest of the crew. PERSONALITY AND MORE THE GOOD: marion has always been a quick-witted, whimsical, and loyal girl. she is far from intelligent or wise, but she does have a good grip on reality which makes her a lot more practical than most people her age. marion lives in the present and resents dwelling on the past. she is crafty with her hands and is very adventurous and free-spirited. if there's something new on the menu, she'd be the first to try it. if there's news of a newly discovered island, she'd be the first to run off and explore it. though the downside of this is that she can never ever stay put in one place, especially when she has an unhealthy addiction to danger. perhaps due to the fact that she's a sky pirate, marion is also very adaptive and can quickly familiarize herself with her surroundings - the type who would probably be able to befriend and tame the sharks if ever thrown into the ocean, in other words. THE BAD: marion is an individual with very many negative traits. for starters, she is someone who would never take anything seriously. ever. unless her pride is put on the line. she is irresponsible and is constantly fooling around or bumming off, preferring to live an easy life rather than being tied down by connections. personality-wise, marion is known as an arrogant, sarcastic, vulgar, sassy, cheeky, and sometimes unruly girl. she hates the idea of keeping things to herself and she always has something to say, even when her opinion is unwanted. marion has the habit of taking advantage of others in every possible way which makes her very much an opportunist - that's right, don't ever let her know that you own one of the latest technology or she would make sure you never see it again. BELIEF: none... WEAPON SLOT: marion owns a black airweight baton that she likes to keep fastened at her backside. LIKES AND HOBBIES: being the forward and independent girl that she is, marion loves nothing more than freedom. she prefers crowds and noise over solitude and silence, mainly because chaos keeps her blood boiled and makes her adrenaline rush. with that said, marion is naturally a very active person. she is the type who is constantly moving around, especially when she has an adoration for speed, danger, and hand to hand combats. marion doesn't realize this but she does "suffer" from wanderlust which is probably why she admired the sky pirates so much even before joining them. DISLIKES AND TURN-OFFS: strangely enough, marion - who hardly ever gets scared of anything - is terrified of rats, earthworms, and cockroaches (so yes, if there's any type of food that resembles any of the listed animals - noodles for example - marion will avoid it at all cost). she's arrogant but she isn't a snob, although the fact that she hates these animals/insects is enough to cause misunderstandings. she also dislikes all of her own (negative) traits... when they apply to other people - yes, marion is exactly the type who thinks that the only problem about bitching is when she's on the shitty end of the stick. she absolutely can't stand being alone in a tight space as well as loneliness. she needs to be constantly around people even if she can't get along with them - one of the few weaknesses of marion's that makes her more dependent than she wants to be. and lastly, marion does not like her own family - or, what she used to call family, anyway. she doesn't hate them, but because of ego clashes and all the fights she had had with her parents and siblings, marion avoids thinking about and/or talking about her old life. ASPIRATIONS: marion does not have any particular dreams at the moment, as she believes that she is going to be a sky pirate for the rest of her life. however, she has lately taken an interest in hovercraft racing and - being someone who thinks quite highly of herself and enjoys the attention of others - marion is starting to consider becoming a racer. though of course, that would mean that it might be easier for her parents to get ahold of her if they ever try to, which is probably why this "dream" of hers is being put on the back burner for now. LOOKING BACK: marion is an escapee. born as one of the many daughters of a pair of politicians, marion had always been rather different from the rest of her siblings. however, although she could get along with no one aside from the household servants, it's true that marion had had a good childhood - always with more than enough food and entertainment than most of the other citizens, one could say that marion was quite the spoiled young girl. but even despite all the material luxury her parents provided, her heart and mind still always seemed to wander elsewhere - there was something in her system that didn't quite want her to continue living that dull, meaningless, and well-planned life. by the time she reached age 10, marion began to openly idolize the sky pirates. after witnessing a group of them in midst of an act, marion began to constantly ramble to her siblings about the latest news she had gathered of the illegal groups. but pretty soon, her parents too caught wind of marion's supposedly harmless admiration for the pirates. lectured then locked away in her room for a day and a half, the young daughter of the sue family found herself unable to swallow her anger towards the treatment. she escaped from home out of impulse, but little did the then 12 year old marion know that she would never again return to the mansion for as long as she lived.
