Cheating in races...

02. It is considered cheating if you do anything to influence the outcome of the race through bribery, threats, guilt tripping, blackmail and any other unsavory methods. For example, promising another player that you will trade them a special item as long as they purposefully botch their posts so that you can win.

Is that for OOC, or IC? As in, is it possible to fix races by paying off/threatening the people ICly, or no? -Not planning on doing it, just wondering-

Hmm, I intended it to mean OOC. If you want a race fixed for an IC plot reason, then you need to contact me and let me know beforehand. But yeah, mostly that rule is for OOC reasons.
