Greetings all~ Just thought I'd introduce myself (i.e. share random facts) while I'm waiting for my profile to be looked at again. :>
So! I'm Lys. I have a habit (or maybe it's an addiction?) to using a handful of tildes and emoticons so I hope that doesn't bother anyone too immensely. I'll try to tone it down though. xD Anyway, I've been RPing since I was 8 or 9. I've been off roleplaying for several months, but I'm trying to edge back into it this summer. I'm excited to have found The Blue, and I hope to be accepted into the lovely world that has been crafted here. :>
As for who I am, I'm just anothernerdy... super cool... dorky kid on the Internet. I like anime, video games (RPGs especially), books, writing, science, and other things you can probably expect. Slightly less nerdy things that interest me include baking, cooking and music. Especially music! I love discovering new music so feel free to share stuff if you want. I'm open to all genres and languages~
And a little bit about my real life I guess: I'm Canadian, female, 5'2", ~120lbs, and I dislike the Imperial system but use it because it's what most people use for height and weight around here. o 3o;; Err, I'm turning 18 at the end of the month, and I'm going away for university in September for Nursing. But before those two things, I'm getting surgery this week on my jaw so I'll be away Friday and Saturday (and possibly too drugged up/in pain to do much for a few days following).
