You know, I was curious of the extent of "mutation" involved with either mutants and chimeras...

How twisted can a creature look?

Could goblinoid creatures like this little guy be playable characters, and if so, what would they fall under?

There was another rp where I played as this rat character, but I wasn't sure if a creature like that would be pushing it for The Blue. Even if it is mentioned that one can be as humanoid or animal as one would like, I rather ask and be certain.

Yes, someone can be as mutated as that... they'd be a mutant, if they looked like that. Really, you can have as much fun with a mutant's appearance as you like. They can be as human-looking or as grotesque as you want. It's one of the races where you have creative freedom.

Nope! That creature is perfectly normal for THE BLUE! They would be a rodent chimera in that case, Hex. And before you ask, they can be as sane or insane, or act as human-like or as rat-like as you want. Just because the appearance is more animal-like doesn't mean their mind has to be. It's seriously whatever your imaginative heart desires! <3
